NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana – April 27, 2017. This year Sullivan Stolier, LLC commemorates 30 years of providing quality legal services to local, regional, and national clientele. In keeping with our strategy to expand our offerings and to provide our clients with highly competitive services well into the future, we are pleased to announce the following significant milestones:
We are changing our name from Sullivan Stolier, LLC to Sullivan Stolier Schulze & Grubb, LLC;
Brian D. Grubb and Michael R. Schulze are now managing partners of the firm; and
We are extremely excited to announce the addition of Imtiaz Siddiqui and Desiree M. Charbonnet.
Our name change helps preserve our rich history and also recognizes our bright future.
Brian Grubb joined the firm in January 2017 as a managing partner and leads its construction and business law sections. Brian is well recognized throughout the region for his advice and counsel on complex construction projects. His practice focuses on all aspects of construction law and real estate development, corporate law, and health law. Brian is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Illinois and practices in the firm’s New Orleans and Covington Offices.
Michael Schulze has practiced with the firm since 2005 and leads its healthcare regulatory practice counseling clients nationally on complex compliance and regulatory matters. Michael has been an important part of the firm’s success and we are excited to have him in this important new role. Michael is licensed to practice in Louisiana and practices in the firm’s Lafayette Office.
Imtiaz Siddiqui joined the firm in January 2017 after having gained considerable experience in New York and Louisiana. The addition of Imtiaz will bolster the firm’s construction practice. His practice focuses on construction, commercial/business, and healthcare litigation, including appellate advocacy, in state and federal courts and other forms of dispute resolution. Imtiaz is licensed to practice in New York and Louisiana and practices in the firm’s New Orleans Office.
Desiree M. Charbonnet joined the firm after previously serving as the first woman elected as the Orleans Parish Recorder of Mortgages and, most recently, Chief Judge of the Municipal and Traffic Court of New Orleans. She is nationally recognized as an advocate for alternatives to incarceration and will organize and lead the firm’s criminal defense and governmental relations sections. Desiree will practice in the firm’s New Orleans Office.
