Jennifer Martin Stolier

Ms. Stolier practices healthcare law on an exclusive basis and regularly represents physicians; group practices; acute care, rural, psychiatric and rehabilitation hospitals; and other health care providers in regulatory compliance with fraud and abuse, payment, telemedicine and other regulatory matters, administrative and judicial proceedings, psychiatric judicial commitments, physician contracting, medical staff issues, and practitioner disciplinary actions. Prior to joining Sullivan Stolier & Schulze LLC in 2019, Ms. Stolier was the general counsel at the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners, staff attorney at the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board, and spent eight years in private practice in New Orleans.

Ms. Stolier graduated from Tulane University School of Law in 2002, where she was the managing editor of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law for two years and a member of the 2001 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition Team. Prior to attending law school, she worked for seven years in advertising, marketing and corporate communications in New York and New Orleans.
